Terms of Service

Attercop watches the pull requests in repositories you connect and sends a Slack notification to a reviewer when a PR has waited past your configured threshold. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

• You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
• You confirm you're authorized to connect the GitHub and Slack workspaces you add, and to grant the access the service requests.
• Your use of GitHub, Slack, and Stripe through Attercop is also subject to their respective terms.

• Attercop costs $19 per month, per workspace, billed through Stripe.
• New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically each period until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to the following billing period.

Don't use Attercop to break the law, to violate GitHub's or Slack's terms, to send unsolicited or abusive messages, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.

You retain all rights to your data. You grant us the limited permission needed to operate the service for you — reading your pull requests and sending the notifications you've configured. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Attercop is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that every stale pull request will be detected or that every notification will be delivered — review reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using Attercop and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if necessary to protect the service or other users.

We may update these terms; we'll revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, give notice. These terms are governed by the laws of the provider's jurisdiction. Questions? Email support@attercop.dev.
